Lauren Wallach is a writer and librarian from Brooklyn, NY. She received her MFA from Sarah Lawrence College and her work has appeared in various journals including The Collagist, Joyland, Electric Literature, NOON, Granta, and others. In 2006 Lauren won the Best Amateur Experimental Film Award from the Canadian International Film Festival for her short film Will-O'-The-Wisp. She is currently at work on her first novel.
