ABOUT ME
I was born, raised, and have spent most of my life in Brooklyn, NY. Though... I have now left the city and live by the sea with my cats Theodore Valentine and Lionel Rose. In my writing, I am inspired by the dimensionality of painting, films driven by mood and color that suggest alternate states of consciousness, the power of aloneness, and unusual interactions where intimacy is found off the beaten path. I am very much inspired by the natural world and how it affects our psyches and realities and the practice of faith, of ritual.

NEW WORK
I am at work on a novel that includes and explores, among other mysteries: the woods, library-lore, Twin Peaks, witchcraft, the nature of evil and desire, and the question of destiny and free will; Gothic, psychological horror, or, what it means to be a woman alone, making her way in the world.
